When you come to my studio you will have already paid your session fee ($300) which also serves as a retainer. If requested, my trusted make-up artist will look after you as soon as you come in. You are welcome to have a cup of tea, coffee or simply water while you are being pampered...
In the meantime, I will be doing some final testing with the lights, and making sure everything is ready for you to step in.
We will walk through what we are going to do during the shoot, go over your outfits (bring as many as you wish) choose backgrounds and any specific requests you may have.
During the session
My studio has a station with a large monitor that will display each photo, in real time, once it is taken.
1. This monitor can help ensure that the lighting and exposure of the images are exemplary.
2. It allows us to receive immediate feedback, leading you to make the best poses and expressions.
It can be surprisingly fun to see yourself, and to experiment with posing, facial expressions, and more.
Following the primary viewing of the images, you will change outfits, while I will change backgrounds, lights and/or lenses to get different looks and feels.
After the session
Once the session is done, we will view the array of photos, and mark your favorites.
You will have full control over the number of images you would like to purchase ($125 each), and we will work together to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your final selection.
Your payment will be due at the end of your selection. The images you have not selected will be culled. All decision makers regarding the final selection of the images need to be present, as I will not be sending any galleries for proofing. There is also the option to order printed products a la carte.
We will take the time we need to get the shots and make your selection
Once you leave, your selection will be exported and each image will meticulously retouched. Within 2 days, you will be sent 2 online galleries:
• A gallery with your high resolution images (for printing).
• A second gallery with your lower resolution images (for internet / website).
